 Joe Ariti was appointed 17 August 2006 to oversee the completion of the Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS)and to oversee construction and commissioning of the works following successful completion of the BFS.

Joe is a professional metallurgist with over 20 years experience in technical, management, general management and executive roles. Joe's expertise lies in assessing, developing and managing mining projects and companies in the resources industry, both in Australia and overseas.  Joe has demonstrated executive management, leadership and team building skills, and has a track record of establishing and sustaining collaborative and effective relationships at all levels both internal and external to the organisation under his employ.  His strong commercial acumen with a focus on maximising value, complemented with a clear understanding of capital markets, compliance and governance issues will be of great value to the Company.

Mr Kim Bischoff
Chief Geological Officer

Kim is a professional geologist with over 24 years experience in mineral exploration, project development and production in Australia, Africa and southeast Asia. Kim has held a variety of roles including Exploration Manager with IAMGold Corporation in East Africa, Country Manager Geology and Environment for Aurora Gold, Project Manager for PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya and Chief Mine Geologist with PT Indo Muro Kencana in Indonesia, and various senior management roles for companies in NSW, West Australia and the Northern Territory. Kim has managed exploration and evaluation of gold, copper and iron deposits and has been involved in several successful exploration and resource development projects. Kim's expertise lies in the geological and commercial assessment and definition of metalliferous exploration and mining projects, and in building and operating project teams.
